I like the A frame concept of the front end of the Omega. I only drove one for a couple of meetings in KT's (a long time ago and the CHK19 is a little bit different to the Omega i drove). My impression is that you get great drive out of the corners, but have to be careful on turn in as it tended to understeer.
I have spent a fair amount of time following one of the new Omega's around in the 125cc Heavy, and it seems like they still get great drive out of the corners.
If you aren't 100% confident on how to set up a chassis, make sure you get on board with the people you get the chassis from. (from what i've seen Kym is keen to help out his drivers) If you've got a BRK or Lightning it doesn't take much to copy someone's setup that has a similar build to you. If you get the Omega you'll need someone to watch you closely to make sure you have it right.

Kym at Omega definitely will give you good starting points but firstly I would discuss the kart chassis size that suits you don't just buy it of the floor. You may find going to a smaller size chassis rail maybe an advantage to you depending on your body size. I would go have a look and a chat first. My first preference is with Omega Chassis's they suit me and my style of driving better they just need a bit of tinkering.Lightning are a little easier to set up initially and are successful, but I am not a lightning fan they are ok but I have had both I like my Omega better.
