not 100% certain on the crg system, but typically each caliper has a bleed screw at the top, and the master cylinder has a cap screw on top of a small reservoir.
If this is the case, get a sauce bottle or similar, something you can wedge in the master cylinder when you remove the cap screw. (you can buy a bleed kit that costs a hundred or so that does the same thing)
loosen both bleed screws on the calipers and put clear hose on them and direct them into a container.
squeeze the sauce bottle slowly and when clear fluid with no bubbles is coming out of the bleeder screws tighten them up.
don't push the pedal up and down, just make sure the brake pedal is all the way off when you start bleeding.
check the pedal is hard before you go for a drive.
If you race dirt karts, in my opinion you should get rid of the hydraulics and fit mechanical brakes.

This is much easier to do with 2 people.
I will try to explain it like how I would do it * I use dot 4 brake fluid (it can be brought from your local kart shop) * let all the tension out of the brake pedal and cable - no tension at all in the system * make sure that the master canister is all the way back. They could be stuck forward if the brakes have been adjusted at the rod/cable end. * buy a sauce bottle or something small that has a pipette style end and half fill it with brake fluid. * Crack open the little bolt in the master canister and remove it. * insert the top end of the bottle into the hole where the screw came from. Screw it in if you can, "its soft plastic" * undo and remove the bleed nipple/bolt one one of the pistons and squeeze the bottle until you see fresh brake fluid coming out. It will probably change colour and look a lot cleaner. DO NOT let go of the bottle yet, as you may introduce air into the system which could cause brake failure. Now do the bleed nipple back up * refill sauce bottle if you need to, and repeat * Re-adjust brake rod/cable make sure its tight * repeat if unsure
* Always replace ALL the fluid. These brakes don't take much anyways.
As Tom said make sure you check the brakes before you go out onto the track.

Also if you are having problems make sure the o rings are in the right way. One of my mate got a brand new CRG and some of the seals and o rings were in backwards.
Make sure you check those as well if you are having problem with a new kart.
