i wouldn't use old fuel even if its been mixed in an airtight container it loses properties, i wont even use unmixed after a month in my kart.
i read somewhere the fumes or the air in the fuel container hold the particles that are vital for performance. I think it is octane [so dont crack the lid every now and then to release pressure] as you are helping speed up the decomposition of you fuel, heat will also remove stuff like that, thats why you see fuel in eski's and the fuel tanks on the karts wrapped in reflective materials especially on hot days.

ive ran montha and half old stuff at title's stuck it on pole and finished second , and it wasent fuel that let me down. on the tester it was still wel with in the range and changed 3 time's on readings. idealy i use fresh fuel mixed the day of the meeting but if i buy too much i just use it at next meeting.

It also depends on whether you are using a synthetic all or a Castor based oil(castrol r30) Synthetic 2 meetings is ok won't be any problems. "Castor based oil" One race meeting only then either throw it out or tip in your car to use it up makes your car smell racey. Castor based oil goes off and will thicken in your tank carby and lines if left much more 10 days. Personally I like the Castor based oils but synthetic good oils. There is a new castrol synthetic on the market it is in a gold bottle and also a Mobil competition oil reports are they don't separate readily and have combustion characteristics
