After being on the the receiving end of poor driving standards by a 200cc open driver at Yorke Peninsula on the 19th, do we need a Driving Standards Official to control bad habits or stupidity. I was taken out after the finish of a race in which this driver was in. This person won this race but continued to race well and truly past the finish line. I had moved over more than sufficiently to allow this driver through but who deliberately thru his kart into a slide hit me in the side spinning and taking me out. This was not a racing incident the race was well over and this driver should have been slowing not accelerating he couldn't do better than win the race, he had done that already. This same driver has caused problems at the last 3 Yorke Peninsula meetings with deliberate bumping and shunting including during form up. Does he not realize that he is causing race starts to be held up because of this nonsense., and combined with the speed he is coming off the track into the in grid someone is going to be hurt because of it. There are rules covering this and should be enforced. I don't have a problem if it is a racing incident but it isn't and can not be justified. There are drivers not wanting to grid with this driver because of his actions. Every thing I have stated here can can be independently substantiated

The reality is someone will get hurt unnecessarily because of playing to their own ego. I enjoy racing if its fair but when incidents not related to racing happen it wears a bit thin as does the expense of replacing side pods because of non race incidents
