It has come to my attention that the Australian Title is run on a roster and I have just been wondering what track you (the karters) would like the Australian Title held at.
Note: Not all tracks have been listed due to a 10 answer limit.

Hey All, I have finally found somewhere where i can say this. Isn't it about time WA got the Aus Title. I know their are more tracks in SA, but we haven't had if for like over 6 years.

When is aidka going to realise that there are kart clubs in wa and stop giving into the sa clubs. like they did at the last national title regarding illegal engines.....
We would like a national title as well you south aussies seem to think you own dirt karting......
Guess what you dont......

>:(You guys in the West should pull your heads in. Dirt trackers should have been awarded the 2008 titles. It is not a us against them thing its just AIDKA not having systems in place to make title allocations fair. In SA it takes clubs 10 years before they get a state titles at least it comes around every three years in WA which allows your clubs to grow. This is a National sport and until all your clubs send delgates to the AIDKA meetings you wont be heard. I suggest you contact Dirt Trackers Kart club and ask them to put an offical letter into AIDKA requesting a recount as I feel this was not done correctly at the 2007 Titles. Iam sure clubs like Loxton and Morgan would cosign this petition and if a enough clubs back you you never know. So in closing put some things down on paper we do support you guys over there but all we here is winging and a us against them mentality. It would be great to see the 2008 Titles at a great track like dirt trackers as this track most certainly can cater for large fields where Lucindale cant.... Come on guys lets pull together as a national body we dont hate you guys in WA., we just need to change how AIDKA think.........................

It goes down to how many members are in the state South Australia has a bigger member base than Western Australia so we should have the title more often than you. I do agree with some of you points. If after Lucindale the Title doesn't go to the West something is seriously wrong and then you will have something to complain about.

Adelaide is currently wining on most favorite track for the Australian Title.
I personally would like to see Adelaide get it because they have now got a lot of facilities(Toilets, canteen) and the have a great pit setup (Working out of trailers). Also the track appearance is always great with Australian Flags everywhere.
Adelaide in my view is the club on the move and are only going to improve in 2008.
Also the track is wide and could support larger fields of karts.

Look at the site poll, It may only have had 56 poll takers so far but Lucindale the track that is having the 2009 Australian title has had no votes for driver prefered track.

Yes so what alot of tracks get the AUS title and drivers don't want it at that track you should take it as it comes and dont complain.

i think the australia title should be evey year so wa can get it because some kids have not even raced a austalia tile yet and it is unfair it should be like this sa gets it 2 years in a row becasue they have more tracks them w.a sould get it
the sa tiltle should not be on a roster because some tracks can not handle more than 20 karts as we saw on the weekend it should go on what the tracks has like the aus title
