which Header to use for Kt100 s

which are the best headers to use for a big bore kt100s for circuit racing , the short or long one?
and are the powermac headers any better than the yamaha?
are there any other brands or types out there too?

With the KT header, make it as short and fat as the rules allow. The powermac is a mandrel bent header, the yamaha one isn't last time i checked.

We used to make our own pipes using the yamaha ends, but now i reckon i'd just buy a powermac.
