John,
I purchased the chassis a couple years ago second hand, I'm not real sure how old it is. It does have the twin mounting points for the pedals, meaning its probably an earlier version of the Gambler chassis, I think.
The kart is advertised on Gumtree with pics - Ad ID 1006729352.
