Hi All, Very new to speedway karting (NSW) and can't find much in the way of available info on forums in regards to basic set-up information for speedway karts. Been bitumen karting for some years but want to convert over to the dirt for 2012 season. The class I will race in is Clubman Heavy and will be running an arrow AX6 (30/32) chassis for now until I get some more experience and some cash to update to a true dirt chassis kart. Need help please with a few questions if possible 1. What overall front tack and rear track lengths(mm) would be a good place to start for a speedway set-up. Read on the net "the kart set-up is normally very square" 2. What's a reasonable front geometry to start things off - Camber / castor / Toe in/out. 3. current running a 40mm axle, would it be best to change to aluminium 40mm axle? and if so what's a good length. Also does anyone know or have experience for gear ratio's for Sydney's Nepean track for Clubman heavy. I know these q's may be difficult to answer but any info or a rough guide to point me in the right direction for a bbasic setup to get things going. If anyone can think of any additional info I might need i'm all ears! Your help will be much appreciated Thanks Michael
