we have a problem with losing our fin dampers on the head of our kt, I have seen some KT's with drilled hole across the head fins and a rubber type tube through it. my question in
what hole size do they drill what rubber type tube do they use
replacing these is a pain in the butt, one motor is ok bu the other seems to lose them all the time
cheers jt

I wouldn't use the fin dampers at all on a KT. They are designed to reduce harmonic vibrations and hence noise, but they do reduce the cooling efficiency and with the head especially that is critical on a KT.
