Has there been any discussion about racing the Parilla x30 I know it would have to carry more weight but would like to see it included

There has been some discussion. I too would like to see the X30 included. Even if you started it off at 10kg's over weight, there are a lot of drivers that are 10kg's over to start with that could use this motor and make the racing even more exciting.
It's definately a better package than the RL.

It's definately a better package than the RL. I think you have got it wrong the X 30 will not suit dirt kart racing I have both engines one RL on the dirt and X 30 on the bitumin. Take a look at the clutch on the X30 it wil be chewed up as the drum has holes in it on the bitumin there is a few tenths in performance gain at the pointy end of the field it runs smoother and is more expensive. There are heaps of CHEAP RL's available from the bitumin boys I think its a waste of money for no performance gain on the dirt.
