Hello Just wondering about other peoples leopard jet positions. 1 1/4 on both low and high seems to be recommended but have herd as low as 1/2 on high and low what are you leopards running thanks

Hi mate, seems the latest trend is talking about jet rotation in minutes, ie. 15mins is 1/4 turn, 30mins is 1/2 turn etc.
For a standard RL carby, the manufacturer says to use 1/15mins low, 1 turn high.
I use tuning lights, and throughout the race i'll change both jets as much as 1/4 turn depending on how grippy the track is, and the way the engine is heating up.

competition? ?? I have the only Leopard in town!! When I put the kart on the track to run it in I was having to wind the low speed right in to get it to run. Turns out that when thay where blue printing the carb the welsh plug was not secured and fuel was running in bypassing the jet
