The rules don't allow for rebuilding (although it can be done and i imagine some people are running rebuilt units). The genuine clutch hub is around $200. To remove the clutch you will need a puller as the clutch hub is connected to the ring-gear which is on a taper shaft. Probably the most important piece of advise is that the nut that holds the ring-gear on to the crank is left-hand thread, so make sure you go clockwise to loosen it! If you have any doubts as to how to replace the clutch it's best to take it to someone that has done them before, as if you get it wrong or don't fit it back correctly it can spin on the crank and destroy it. When you have the clutch drum off, make sure you check that it isn't worn (feel for a groove where the friction material makes contact). If there is a ridge in the drum you should replace it or the new clutch will over-extend and can break. There is a good manual for the leopard online at: www.mkcracing.com.au/Downloads.htmldownload the Leopard 125cc TaG Engine for push button, or the Leopard 125cc RL TaG K Engine for key start.. Have a good read and it will give you a better understanding of what you need to do to maintain the engine.

The leopard you have is called a RL 125 leopard. There was an early push button start type, and a later key start type (digital K).
On the MKC website they list the early leopard as just a TaG, but it is still an RL. That is the one you want if you have push button start. In any case the clutch is the same.
A couple of years ago Parilla released the X30 leopard in Aust. These are ineligible for use in AIDKA.
