i am just starting out and just wondering what oil to fuel ratio to use wit 98octane pump fuel? i hav 125 leopard motor. also i hav a 85 tooth sprocket and am wondering if i should change to something like a 95 for better accel? on the Adelaide track at Virginia! any help appreciated. sorry for bein so rookie!

Anywhere between 16:1 and 20:1 with the fuel:oil ratio will be OK,
Gearing if you are right on 160kg's total weight for Adelaide i'd use 92 or 93 rear sprocket. For every 5kg's over that add another tooth.

cool thanks for your help. i only way 70kg not sure bout kart. maybe i can weigh it Sunday?

You should be able to weigh it on Sunday.. If you are 70kg you will be racing in 125cc light, the weights for that will be 140kg all up. (the karts are weighed together with the driver/helmet/etc..)
I haven't raced 125 light, but would start the rear sprocket between 88 and 90.
Your kart will likely weigh between 65-70kg.
