When are the rules that are voted on today released to the public or do we have to wait until next season?

The outcome of the voting will be known by all the AIDKA Clubs already as they had delegates representing them at the meeting.
It would be good if AIDKA posted the outcome of the voting on their web site, otherwise I am sure somebody will post something on this web site.
I am assuming that was the question and you would be aware that the rules become effective next season.

I don't like the idea of technical rules being able to be changed by a committee outside of a rule change meeting. Seems to go against the very idea of having a fixed period of stability in the rules.
The technical committee is a great idea, and fair enough if there are any rules presented at the rule change meeting that need clarification then let a technical committee re-word the initial rule, and re-present it to all member clubs for a vote.
I hope this is the intention, rather than the committee being able to make a rule change without the discussion and voting power of all the member clubs.
In my opinion once yearly should be the MINIMUM time frame for any rule changes, excluding insurance company mandated safety amendments.

I'm with Tom . Tech committee great . Clarify & or make proposals , & or review new products . They put their recomendations forward via the yearly rule change process for all clubs to vote on.
